MS Dhoni Unveils Eurogrip Trailhound STR Adventure Tyres in India

Eurogrip Tyres, the Indian arm of TVS Srichakra Ltd., launched its international adventure touring tyre range, Trailhound STR, in Mumbai on 3 August 2026. The launch was fronted by cricket legend and Eurogrip brand ambassador Mahendra Singh Dhoni, who test‑rode the new tyres.

The Trailhound STR is aimed at medium and large adventure motorcycles and features a 90/10 tread pattern for improved water evacuation and traction on mixed road‑off‑road conditions. It will be offered in several sizes (90/90‑21 54V, 110/80 R19 59V, 150/70 R18 70V, 150/70 R17 69V) compatible with models such as the BMW GS310, Suzuki V‑Strom 650 XT, Honda Africa Twin and Triumph Tiger 1200.

TVS Srichakra COO T. K. Ravi said the launch reflects strong momentum in India’s adventure‑motorcycling segment, while Deputy COO & CTO V. Sivaramakrishnan highlighted the tyre’s predictable on‑road handling and off‑road capability. The event also honoured winners of Eurogrip’s Creator Circuit Contest for their contributions to the riding community.
