Turkish political leaders address economic fraud and nationalist unity

Turkish political leaders are addressing economic stability, nationalism, and party unity. MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli commented on an ongoing fund investigation, describing it as an organized attempt to undermine the economy through market manipulation and fraud. He emphasized that strict sanctions would be applied to those targeting national savings and noted that infrastructure and urban planning must be improved to mitigate the impact of recent floods in cities like Istanbul.

Meanwhile, İYİ Parti leader Müsavat Dervişoğlu spoke at the Nationalist Congress Association, calling for a unifying form of Turkish nationalism. He argued that nationalism should not be mere nostalgia but a political and moral responsibility focused on building a shared future. Dervişoğlu also extended an invitation to leaders of the Zafer Party and Anahtar Party to unite under the İYİ Parti banner to pursue common nationalist goals.

Political tensions have also surfaced between the İYİ Party and the Zafer Party following sharp exchanges between their youth wing leaders regarding political loyalty and ideological roots.
