MSC Cruises announces 2027-28 fleet deployments
MSC Cruises has announced new deployment plans for its fleet during the 2027-28 season, targeting both the Canary Islands and South African markets.
The MSC Euribia will offer seven-night cruises to the Canary Islands and Madeira. This deployment is part of a long-term commitment to the region, providing guests with access to six island destinations. According to CEO Gianni Onorato, the ship is intended to increase capacity and provide a broader range of dining and entertainment options for the winter season.
In South Africa, the MSC Sinfonia will return for the 2027/28 season, beginning November 12, 2027. The schedule includes 32 sailings departing from Durban and Cape Town, with itineraries ranging from three to 12 nights. Routes will include destinations such as Mozambique, Mauritius, Réunion, and Namibia. Ross Volk, Managing Director of MSC Cruises South Africa, noted the vessel's previous success in the region.
