MSC Cruises announces 2029 World Cruise and winter routes

MSC Cruises has opened bookings for its 2029 World Cruise aboard the MSC Magnifica. The 119-night journey will visit 45 destinations across 21 countries. Key highlights of the itinerary include an extensive segment around Australia, visiting cities such as Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth, as well as an exploration of Indonesia, including Bali, Lombok, and Java.

Passengers can embark in early January 2029 from several locations, including Civitavecchia (near Rome), Genoa, Marseille, and Barcelona. The cruise features nine overnight stays in port and 15 included excursions.

Separately, the MSC Preziosa is transitioning to its winter season route operating from Hamburg. While most MSC vessels have left Northern Europe following the summer season, the Preziosa will remain stationed in Hamburg through at least autumn 2028. Its winter metropolitan route includes stops in Rotterdam, Zeebrugge, Le Havre, Southampton, and Hamburg.
