MSI launches XpertStation WS300 AI supercomputer

MSI has announced the availability of the XpertStation WS300, a deskside AI supercomputer built on the NVIDIA DGX Station architecture. The system is designed to bring data-center-class computing power to local enterprise environments, facilitating the development, fine-tuning, and deployment of large-scale AI models and autonomous agents.

The workstation is powered by the NVIDIA GB300 Grace Blackwell Ultra Desktop Superchip. It features up to 748GB of coherent memory, combining HBM3e and LPDDR5X, and utilizes NVLink C2C to connect the Grace CPU and Blackwell Ultra GPU, minimizing data movement bottlenecks. For networking, the device includes dual 400GbE ports via the NVIDIA ConnectX-8 SuperNIC, allowing for the clustering of two systems to scale AI workloads.

Designed for high-performance local inference and multimodal AI, the platform supports NVIDIA NemoClaw and the NVIDIA OpenShell runtime. This enables enterprises to run agentic AI workloads securely within their own environments, reducing reliance on cloud-based inference and lowering long-term costs.
