MSI unveils 2026 gaming hardware lineup at Tokyo Game Show

At the Tokyo Game Show 2026, MSI unveiled an extensive new lineup of gaming hardware, marking the company’s 40th anniversary. The announcement included high-end components and new handheld devices.

A central piece of the showcase was the GeForce RTX 5090 32G LIGHTNING Z graphics card. Designed for extreme overclocking, the card features a redesigned liquid cooling system, carbon fiber finishes, and an integrated display on the card itself.

MSI also introduced the MSI Claw 8 EX AI+ handheld gaming PC. Notably, this device utilizes Intel processors, providing an alternative to the AMD-dominated handheld market. The flagship model features the Intel Arc G3 Extreme processor, while MSI confirmed a more affordable second configuration powered by the Intel Arc G3. The handheld includes ergonomic improvements and Hall effect sensors in the joysticks and triggers to reduce mechanical wear.
