MSI unveils new PC components and Claw 8 EX AI+ handheld console at Computex 2026

At Computex 2026, MSI presented a suite of new PC hardware. Highlights included AMD‑optimized motherboards for the AM5 platform featuring the EXPO low‑latency memory profile, PCIe 5.0 support, Wi‑Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, 5G LAN, and advanced cooling solutions such as the MEG CORELIQUID E15 360 AIO with a 2K AMOLED display. Other showcased parts were the high‑end MEG X870E UNIFY‑X MAX board, the MPG B850 CARBON MAX WIFI motherboard, and various liquid‑cooling and fan technologies.

In the same venue MSI announced the Claw 8 EX AI+ handheld gaming console, the first portable device to use Intel Arc G3 Extreme GPUs. The console runs on Intel Xe graphics with XeSS 3 upscaling and Multi‑Frame Generation, offering an 8‑inch 120 Hz VRR display, ergonomic Hall‑effect sticks, high‑quality linear haptic feedback, and Windows 11 Xbox compatibility. It will be sold in a Void Purple finish.
