MSPO defense exhibition to feature F-16s and live-fire training in Poland

The 34th International Defence Industry Exhibition (MSPO) is set to take place in Kielce, Poland, featuring a record number of exhibitors and participants from over 40 countries. The event will include a significant military training demonstration at the Nowa Dęba training ground using live ammunition. This demonstration will showcase the cooperation between armored, mechanized, artillery, reconnaissance, and air defense units.

Key equipment to be displayed includes F-16 fighter jets, AH-64 Apache helicopters, M1A2 Abrams and Leopard 2PL tanks, and Borsuk infantry fighting vehicles. The training will also highlight unmanned systems, such as Warmate, Gladius, and FPV drones, alongside anti-drone capabilities using Poprad and Piorun systems, Rosomak transporters, and laser technology.

As part of the opening ceremonies, two F-16 fighter jets are scheduled to fly over Kielce at an altitude of 300 meters. Major global defense contractors, including Lockheed Martin, RTX, and BAE Systems, will participate alongside the Polish Armaments Group. This year's exhibition is expected to be one of the largest in Europe, with Canada serving as the leading country.
