Mística Núñez honors Josefa Camejo at Miss World

At the 75th edition of the Miss World pageant, Venezuela's representative, Mística Núñez, presented a national costume honoring Josefa Camejo, a prominent figure in Venezuela's independence movement.

The ensemble, designed by Nidal Nouaihed and crafted by the workshops of Carlos Pérez, blends 19th-century aristocratic aesthetics with military elements. The outfit features a royal blue velvet bodice with gold thread embroidery, a structured lace skirt, a sword, a command staff, and a traditional mantilla to symbolize the leadership and bravery of the historical figure.
