MT Højgaard acquires Nordisk Fundering for 52 million DKK

MT Højgaard Danmark has acquired 100% of the shares in the Danish foundation specialist Nordisk Fundering for 52 million DKK. The purchase price includes 16 million DKK in earn-out provisions contingent on future performance.

Nordisk Fundering, which reported a turnover of 127 million DKK in 2025 and employs 28 people, will continue to operate under its own name and maintain its niche expertise within the MT Højgaard business unit. The acquisition is intended to strengthen MT Højgaard’s access to specialized know-how and equipment for large, complex projects while allowing Nordisk Fundering to continue serving the external market.
