Mötley Crüe releases remastered ‘Take Me To The Top’ for album anniversary

Mötley Crüe has released a remastered version of the song ‘Take Me To The Top (Leathür Records Version)’ across all streaming platforms. The track is part of a special limited edition collector’s box set commemorating the 45th anniversary of the band’s debut album, ‘Too Fast For Love’. The box set is scheduled for release on October 30 via BMG.

Originally released independently in November 1981 through the band’s own Leathür Records with a limited run of 900 vinyl copies, ‘Too Fast For Love’ is recognized as a foundational hard rock album for the 1980s Los Angeles scene. Following the album's underground success, the band signed with Elektra Records in 1982. The song ‘Take Me To The Top’ recently returned to the band’s live setlist for the first time in 42 years during their recent ‘The Return Of The Carnival Of Sins’ tour.
