MTN Cameroon and ART hold talks to improve service quality

The Agence de Régulation des Télécommunications (ART) and MTN Cameroon are conducting technical discussions in Kribi to improve the Quality of Service (QoS) and Quality of Experience (QoE) for users in Cameroon.

Led by ART Director General Philémon Zoo Zame and MTN Cameroon Director General Wanda Matandela, the meetings involve reviewing investment reports from 2025 and the first half of 2026. MTN Cameroon presented its planned actions for the second half of 2026, which focus on expanding network coverage and enhancing service quality. The discussions also aim to strengthen monitoring mechanisms by the ART to ensure technical improvements result in tangible benefits for subscribers.
