MTN Foundation and MUSON host 2026 music graduation ceremony in Lagos

The MTN Foundation and the Musical Society of Nigeria (MUSON) marked the completion of a two‑year diploma programme for emerging musicians at a graduation ceremony held at the MUSON Centre in Lagos on 7‑8 June 2026. More than 500 scholars have received full scholarships through the partnership, which provides an internationally recognised diploma comparable to UK music qualifications.

Speakers highlighted the programme’s role in removing financial barriers and expanding Nigeria’s creative economy. The foundation also supplied a digital music studio in 2022, equipping students with modern instruments and technology to support professional development in performance, education and production.
