Muş youth show high interest in swimming courses

Children and young people in Muş are showing high interest in swimming courses organized under the Ministry of Youth and Sports Sports Schools. The training sessions take place at the Semi-Olympic Indoor Swimming Pool managed by the Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports.

Under the supervision of coaches Çetin Kabul and Yunus Akan, participants receive both basic and advanced swimming training. The program focuses on improving technical skills, increasing performance, teaching water safety, and establishing healthy swimming habits.

Coach Çetin Kabul stated that the training occurs five days a week for two hours a day, aiming to develop future athletes and protect children from negative environmental influences. Participant Asmin Mina Aktan noted that the training is pursued with specific competitive goals rather than just as a hobby.
