Mudanya Municipality to launch digital building permit system

Mudanya Municipality is launching the e-Ruhsat system, a digital platform designed to transition building permit processes online. Scheduled to go into service on September 29, 2026, the system will allow architects and engineers to submit projects digitally and track the status of their applications and any missing documentation through an online portal.

A promotional meeting was held at the Mudanya Youth and Sports Center to demonstrate the system's functionality to industry representatives. The session included technical staff, software company officials, and municipal leadership, including Deputy Mayor Nisa Kartaltepe. The demonstration covered account creation, document uploading, and the approval stages.

Mudanya Mayor Deniz Dalgıç stated that the digital transformation aims to reduce time and labor loss for both citizens and industry professionals. He emphasized that the system will provide faster, recorded feedback and facilitate direct digital communication with the municipality's technical teams.
