Muhammed Ali Çınar arrested at Turkish border

Muhammed Ali Çınar, a member of a criminal organization wanted under an Interpol red notice, has been apprehended in Turkey. Çınar was caught at the Türkgözü Border Gate in Ardahan while entering the country from Georgia, following his release from a Georgian prison.

According to the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, Çınar is a suspect in actions targeting a cafe in Bahçelievler on November 30, 2024, and the Iraqi Consulate in Şişli on March 21, 2025. He has been arrested by the court pending his trial for membership in a criminal organization.
