Muhtemel Aşk TV drama sustains top ratings in Turkey

The Turkish romantic comedy series Muhtemel Aşk, broadcast on Show TV on Thursday evenings, continued to dominate the weekly ratings, increasing its audience share across all categories (Total, AB and ABC1) and becoming the only program to raise its ratings last week. The show stars Ayça Ayşin Turan, Ekin Koç and Feyyaz Şerifoğlu.

Actress Müge Bayramoğlu, who plays Özlem Bartıner, spoke about joining the cast after a 15‑year acting career. She described her character as outwardly confident and ambitious but secretly seeking love and acceptance, and praised the series’ directors Altan Dönmez and Orkun Çatak for their energy and vision. Bayramoğlu highlighted the appeal of romantic comedy and the opportunity to explore a complex, humorous role.

The weekly entertainment roundup also noted the animated film Nasreddin Hoca Zaman Yolcusu 4, which has been viewed by over 54,000 people since its July 24 release, a new summer single by Gamze Karta titled “Deniz Kum Güneş,” and Şebnem Kalkandelen’s memoir Gün Yüzü.
