Mujahid Alam Khan granted bail in Hyderabad advocate murder case

A Nampally criminal court in Hyderabad has granted bail to Mujahid Alam Khan, the prime accused in the May 23 murder of senior advocate and Waqf activist Khaja Moizuddin.

Moizuddin died after being struck by a high-speed SUV as he was entering his vehicle at Nampally. Investigations by the Hyderabad Police led to the arrest of seven individuals, including Mujahid Alam Khan and his father, Mahboob Alam Khan, on allegations that the killing was planned due to disputes over Waqf property.

In addition to Mujahid Alam Khan, the court granted bail to two associates, Dighan Vinay and Manideep ‘Pogo’ Nani. Mahboob Alam Khan had previously been granted bail on August 13.
