Muklisin leads Kuantan Singingi cultural and financial initiatives

Acting Regent of Kuantan Singingi, Muklisin, has been actively engaging in both cultural traditions and regional administrative improvements. During the Pacu Jalur Exhibition at Tepian Narosa Teluk Kuantan, Muklisin participated directly as a member of the Setda Kuansing team, helping the group secure second place in the competition. He noted that participating in the traditional rowing event is a way to preserve the cultural identity of the Kuansing community.

On the administrative front, Muklisin held a Focus Group Discussion with the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury and various regional organization heads to strengthen local financial governance. The meeting focused on monitoring regional transfers, addressing findings from the Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK), and improving local government financial reports. A key priority discussed was the resolution of deferred payments and ensuring the rights of government employees, including full-time and part-time PPPK staff, are met while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
