Kayseri Fire Department Responds to 1,011 Incidents in June 2026

The Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Fire Department reported that in June 2026 it handled 1,011 incidents, including 395 fires, 480 rescues, 87 traffic accidents and 49 flood events. Over the first six months of 2026 the department intervened in 4,129 incidents. The force operates 18 stations with 57 vehicles and 343 personnel, and it conducted safety education for 3,025 citizens and performed 84 inspections.

In Muğla, the metropolitan fire service intervened in 2,241 incidents during the first half of 2026, with 691 forest and grass‑fire events among them. The agency maintains 40 stations, 153 vehicles and employs 520 staff, offering 24‑hour coverage across 13 districts. It also delivered fire‑safety training to 17,197 people and carried out extensive fire‑prevention inspections.
