Muğla probation services host communication and empathy training

The Muğla Probation Directorate Religious Guidance Bureau organized a conference focused on empathy and healthy communication for 70 probationers. Presented by Muğla Deputy Mufti Hamide Belgrat, the program aimed to support the spiritual, social, and familial development of participants to aid in their social reintegration.

The training covered essential topics such as the importance of intra-family communication, empathy skills, active listening, and mutual understanding. Participants were taught methods for expressing emotions and thoughts correctly, as well as how to use constructive language during moments of anger or conflict to resolve issues healthily.

This event was conducted under a cooperation protocol between the Ministry of Justice and the Presidency of Religious Affairs. It aligns with the theme ‘Mercy to the Worlds on the 1500th Year of His Birth, Prophet Muhammad’ and is part of a series of similar conferences scheduled to continue throughout the year in correctional institutions and probation directorates.
