Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University launches stakeholder feedback system

Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University (MSKÜ) has launched its ‘Request, Complaint, and Satisfaction Notification System,’ expanding access beyond academic and administrative staff and students to include all external stakeholders.

Operating under the slogan ‘Growing with Your Ideas, Developing Together,’ the platform aims to foster a transparent and participatory management approach. The system allows users to submit feedback directly to the university administration to facilitate rapid, traceable, and solution-oriented evaluations.

Internal stakeholders, such as students and staff, have access to a dedicated login area to track the status of their applications via personal panels. External individuals and organizations with ties to the university can also use the platform to provide input, supporting the institution's goal of continuous service improvement and corporate excellence.
