Muğla teacher faces mobbing allegations in gendarmerie report

In the Menteşe district of Muğla, allegations of mobbing against a special education teacher have been documented in a gendarmerie report. The teacher, a member of the Türk Eğitim Sen union with 12 years of experience, claims to have faced insults and threats from school management following objections to practices deemed contrary to regulations.

The dispute reportedly began regarding a special education class opened at Yenice Primary/Middle School without the necessary approval from local administrative authorities. The teacher alleges that management bypassed their expertise in individualized education planning and observation lessons, and further claims that official petitions were ignored or denied registration numbers.

Türk Eğitim Sen's Muğla branch stated that electronic document records support these claims and has called for urgent administrative measures to prevent the potential destruction of evidence during the investigation.
