Customers reported that funds were debited via bank transfers, USSD codes, and mobile applications, yet decoders continued to show expired or unpaid status.

The technical disruptions coincide with the return of the English Premier League season, a major driver for subscription renewals and new customer acquisitions. Affected users expressed frustration on social media, noting that payments remained in a ‘processing’ state for hours, preventing them from accessing live football matches.
