CIMG Awards recognize Abena Amoah and MyJoyOnline

The Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana (CIMG) held its 37th Annual National Marketing Performance Awards at the Labadi Beach Hotel in Accra. The ceremony recognized several leaders and organizations for their contributions to marketing and business development in Ghana.

Abena Amoah, Managing Director of the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE), was named the 2025 Marketing Woman of the Year for her leadership in the financial sector. Other individual honorees included Salem Kalmoni of Japan Motors as Marketing Man of the Year and Mavis Frimpong of Consolidated Bank Ghana Limited as Marketing Practitioner of the Year.

In the digital category, MyJoyOnline.com was named the 2025 Marketing-Oriented Online News Portal of the Year. The CIMG cited the portal’s commitment to quality journalism, its 24-hour newsroom operations, and impactful investigations, such as the ‘Poisoned for Gold’ report, for promoting public awareness and accountability.
