Sweden records several multi‑million kronor residential sales
Recent transactions across Sweden show a wave of residential sales at prices ranging from six hundred thousand to over thirteen million kronor. In Limhamn, a 143 m² townhouse sold for 7 million kronor to Eva Claire Amtkil. In Bara, a 146 m² house changed hands for 5 150 000 kronor. A 175 m² villa in Siljansnäs was bought for 3 700 000 kronor, while a 97 m² house in Jönköping fetched 2 700 000 kronor.
