Multiple fatal and non-fatal traffic accidents reported in Mexico
Two separate traffic incidents occurred in Mexico on Saturday, October 24. In Mixquiahuala, a high-speed collision involving a red Chevrolet Camaro resulted in the deaths of three people, including a minor. Reports suggest the driver may have been operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol. The accident occurred around 03:00 hours on the Mixquiahuala-Progreso de Obregón boulevard when the car struck a motorcycle before crashing into a wall and a commercial storefront. Two victims died at the scene, while a third died shortly after being transported to a hospital.
In a separate incident on the Huatusco-Xalapa federal highway near Chapingo University, a 20-year-old man and his mother were injured when their red vehicle overturned. The driver reportedly lost control of the car, causing it to flip onto its roof. Emergency services provided medical attention at the scene, and the accident caused temporary traffic disruptions during recovery efforts.
