Mumbai Mayor Ritu Tawde assists mother and newborn during heavy rain

Mumbai Mayor Ritu Tawde assisted a mother and her newborn baby during heavy rain and winds in Ghatkopar. After completing an inspection at Sant Muktabai Hospital, the Mayor encountered a mother who was unable to find transportation for her newborn following their discharge.

Upon hearing the infant crying and seeing the mother's distress, Mayor Tawde provided assistance by placing the family in her official vehicle. She personally carried the infant and drove the family to their residence in Khairani Road, Kurla, ensuring they reached home safely.
