Tiger Shroff firing case: 10 suspects arrested in weapon supply probe

Investigations into the October 18 shooting targeting actor Tiger Shroff’s vehicle in Mumbai’s Juhu area have led to the arrest of 10 individuals. Police are probing a conspiracy allegedly linked to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, specifically an associate named Anil Pandit.

Authorities have arrested three primary suspects in Kota, Rajasthan—Rehan (alias Sukka), Ritik Kurmi (alias Roshan), and Phool Singh—who were reportedly attempting to flee to Nepal. Additionally, the Delhi Police Special Cell arrested four others, including Kunal, Sumit, Radha, and Babita, who are accused of managing the weapons supply network. Investigators claim Kunal obtained a pistol and 20 rounds of ammunition from Amritsar using a “dead letter box” system before Radha and Babita transported the weapons to Mumbai via train.

Evidence suggests the attackers conducted reconnaissance on several high-profile Bollywood stars, including Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar, Ranbir Kapoor, and Amitabh Bachchan. Reports indicate that Salman Khan may have been the original target, but the suspects allegedly shifted their focus to Shroff due to the heavy security surrounding Khan’s residence. Following the incident, security has been significantly bolstered at the homes of several prominent actors.
