Mumbai police hunt for motorcyclist after hit-and-run injures teenager

A 15-year-old girl was injured in a hit-and-run accident near Mithibai College on NS Road No 1 in Vile Parle, Mumbai. The incident occurred during rush hour while the teenager was crossing the road.

A speeding motorcyclist allegedly struck the girl and fled the scene without providing assistance. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment, though the full extent of her injuries has not yet been confirmed.

The Juhu Police Station has registered a case against an unidentified individual and launched an investigation. Authorities are currently reviewing CCTV footage from surrounding shops, buildings, and junctions to identify the rider and the motorcycle involved.
