Mumbai to host FDI World Dental Congress 2027

The FDI World Dental Congress 2027 is scheduled to take place from October 21–24, 2027, at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai, India. The event is expected to host more than 30,000 delegates and visitors, featuring over 100 speakers and more than 500 exhibitors.

The four-day program will cover various dental specialties, with a focus on practical learning for general practitioners and continuing education credits. Key discussion topics include artificial intelligence in dentistry and practice management, digital and AI-guided implant dentistry, antimicrobial resistance, laser dentistry, and contemporary endodontics.

A new segment called the Innovation Nexus will provide a platform for start-ups and innovators to present prototypes and proof of concepts to clinicians, researchers, and industry leaders. The congress aims to facilitate international collaboration within India’s growing dental sector.
