MUNA clarifies unexpected appearance alongside Gal Gadot on Jimmy Kimmel Live

Musical group MUNA addressed an unexpected television pairing after their prerecorded performance aired on the same episode of ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’ as actress Gal Gadot.

Band member Naomi McPherson clarified via Instagram Stories that the group was not informed of the episode's guest list prior to their taping. McPherson praised the show's staff but used the platform to reaffirm the band's political stance, stating, “So gotta also just take this moment also to say a nice big huge Free Palestine.”

The clarification follows viewer questions regarding the juxtaposition of the band and Gadot, who has been a public supporter of Israel. MUNA performed “Dancing on the Wall” during the broadcast.
