Mungia hosts 18th Film Sozialak social cinema festival

The 18th edition of the Film Sozialak international social cinema festival is taking place at Torrebillela Kultur Etxea in Mungia. The event features free screenings of over twenty audiovisual works, including short films, documentaries, and fiction pieces.

The program aims to promote reflection on human rights, equality, cultural diversity, and solidarity. Sessions include opportunities for dialogue with those involved in the productions. A notable addition to this year's festival is the participation of the Mungia institute through the 'Ikasleen klaketa' project, which features three short films produced by students.
