Munich Airport lifts liquid restrictions for hand luggage
Munich Airport is lifting the long-standing 100-milliliter liquid restriction for hand luggage starting Friday, September 18, 2026. According to the Bavarian Ministry of Transport and the Government of Upper Bavaria, travelers will be permitted to carry liquids in containers of up to two liters.
