Munich Court Names Henrik Brandenburg Administrator for Two Insolvencies
The Munich District Court (Amtsgericht München) appointed lawyer Henrik Brandenburg as provisional insolvency administrator for two local firms after they each filed for insolvency. Finest Leasing GmbH, headquartered in Grünwald and led by managing director Horst Josef Bernreuther, applied on 30 July 2026. The court ordered a provisional administration and a consent restriction, meaning any disposition by the company requires the administrator’s approval, including collection of claims.
R24 GmbH & Co. KG, based in Munich and represented by its shareholder First Point Capital GmbH and managing director Franz Hörwick, filed for insolvency on 31 July 2026. The same provisional measures and consent restriction were imposed. Both orders are preliminary; the court will still assess whether the statutory conditions for opening full insolvency proceedings are met and whether sufficient assets exist to cover procedural costs.
