One interested party is an owner-managed company operating since 1994, managing approximately 150 million euros in assets and serving over 1,600 clients, including small to medium-sized enterprises. Another prospective successor, with 22 years of experience, is specifically targeting mixed composite portfolios consisting of private and commercial clients in the greater Munich region. This buyer is a member of the VEMA Versicherungsmakler Genossenschaft eG, offering potential integration through existing framework agreements and coverage concepts.
