Municipal administrations in Brazil and elsewhere initiate management reforms

In São Sebastião do Tocantins, Professor Adriano has begun his role as Municipal Secretary of Administration. In Japeri, Mayor Carlos Januário has launched a management modernization initiative. Municipal managers are participating in a training program at the Nêmesis Institute to address financial organization, revenue improvement, and increased investment capacity, particularly in healthcare. The program includes a 60-day period for the team to meet specific goals regarding expense optimization and resource acquisition.
