Municipal and UNICEN Launch Scholarship Programs for Students

The municipal government of Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, opened applications for its Access to University scholarship program, offering new‑entry students financial support, a laptop, backpack, thermos and USB drive for studies beginning in August 2026. Applicants must be Mexican residents aged 17‑29 who have completed high school, and the deadline for document submission is June 17.

In Bolivia, the Universidad Central (UNICEN) announced a nationwide call for 300 scholarships for sixth‑grade secondary students, covering sport, cultural, technical‑humanistic and family categories. The program aims to assist talented Bolivian youth with university tuition and related expenses, with applications open until June 30.
