Municipal councils in Spain approve local spending and loans

The Municipal Council of Los Dolores has approved expenditures exceeding 14,000 euros to fund the ‘Otoño Cultural 30310’ and ‘Pretardevieja’ events. The budget covers various services including carriage exhibitions for modernist buildings, tourist trains, gastronomic stations, sound equipment, and children's entertainment. Additionally, the council approved motions regarding the reorganization of waste containers.

In Baena, the Municipal Corporation approved a request for a 2.3 million euro loan to finance infrastructure and housing projects. The funds are earmarked for paving and sanitation works in the San Pedro neighborhood, costing 638,000 euros, and the construction of eight social rental homes on Reyes Católicos street, valued at 1.6 million euros. The loan is intended to be repaid over 10 years, with an estimated 80,000 euros in interest.
