Municipal developments reported in Dubrovnik and Split

Various municipal and local developments are underway in Croatia. In Dubrovnik, the city has launched a public tender for the lease of eight garage spaces in Nova Mokošica. The lease is for a fixed term until December 31, 2029, with monthly rents ranging between approximately 125 and 130 euros excluding VAT.

In Split, organizers of the first Trauma Rescue Challenge have announced temporary parking closures at Sustip and Zvončac from Friday evening through Sunday morning to accommodate the medical emergency simulation event. The event includes educational workshops and demonstrations across several city locations.

Additionally, urban planning efforts in Split are progressing for the Svačićeva Street area. The Institute for Spatial Planning is preparing an architectural competition for a business-residential complex that includes a three-story underground garage with approximately 650 spaces. This project is viewed as a prerequisite for the long-delayed connection of Manđerova Street, which aims to link Kavanjinova and Bihaćka to improve the city's traffic network.
