Ubatuba entrepreneurs to receive gastronomic training during Sabor Caiçara Festival
As part of the 2026 Sabor Caiçara Gastronomic Festival, Sebrae-SP is hosting a free week of professional training for entrepreneurs and workers in the gastronomic sector in Ubatuba. The activities will take place from August 24 to 27 at the Ubatuba Commercial and Industrial Association (ACIU).
The program covers essential business topics, including technical sheets, menu engineering, the use of artificial intelligence in business, team qualification for customer service, and marketing and sales strategies. The initiative aims to improve management, service quality, and competitiveness for local establishments, ultimately strengthening the regional economy and local identity.
