Albacete hospitality workers sign three-year collective agreement

Labor unions UGT and CCOO have signed a new collective agreement with the Provincial Association of Hospitality and Tourism Entrepreneurs of Albacete (APEHT) for the 2026–2028 period.

The agreement establishes scheduled salary increases: 3.5% in 2026, 3% in 2027, and 3% in 2028. It also includes a one-time compensatory payment of 370 euros in 2026 to replace general salary arrears.

Labor improvements include the integration of the vacation allowance into the base salary starting in 2027, the incorporation of three compensatory rest days into official vacations, and an expansion of weekend rest periods.
