Regional public works and community service initiatives across Latin America
Various regional municipalities and agencies are implementing diverse public service and infrastructure projects. In the Dominican Republic, DIGESETT, INTRANT, and the National District Mayor's Office have launched the ‘2026 Back to School Mobility Plan’ to manage traffic near 23 critical schools.
In Argentina, several cities are undertaking maintenance: Tandil is deploying a mobile veterinary clinic, Cutral Co is advancing a long-awaited drainage and paving plan, Trelew is repairing recreational paths and staircases, and Santa Fe is restoring streets following heavy rains. In Mexico, Tetela del Volcán has rehabilitated a soccer field, while Quintana Roo is expanding community development centers in Villas Otoch Paraíso.
