Brazil: Public auctions and infrastructure concessions announced

Various Brazilian public and private entities are conducting auctions and administrative processes. The Court of Justice of Goiás (TJ-GO) is auctioning 347 seized vehicles, including cars and motorcycles, while also planning to hire an organizing committee for a new judicial analyst competition by February 2027.

In infrastructure, the Ministry of Transport will resume highway auctions in November, targeting R$ 32.1 billion in investments across several concessions, including the Via Brasil and Rota 2 de Julho.

Local government auctions include Balneário Camboriú, which is selling 28 lots of machinery and vehicles, and Transalvador, which is auctioning 124 lots of vehicles and scrap metal. Additionally, the Regional Labor Court of the 23rd Region (TRT-MT) is offering urban lots, houses, and livestock at up to 50% discount to settle labor debts. In Feira de Santana, municipal authorities are meeting with motorcycle taxi drivers to discuss operational demands and legal compliance.
