Municipalities in Cyprus and Greece announce new public tenders

The Strovolos Municipality has announced tender number 162/2026 for the rental of three heavy-duty vehicles, measuring 17 meters or more, including drivers. Participation is open to natural or legal persons, including public or private entities and consortia, that are legally established in Cyprus, an EU or EEA member state, or countries that have ratified the Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA).

In Greece, the Municipality of Volos has launched an electronic tender for the maintenance of pavements and public spaces for the year 2026. The project has a total budget of 400,000 euros and is funded by municipal investment expenditures. The scope of work includes the repair, construction, and reconstruction of sidewalks, public spaces, and curbs, as well as the installation of accessibility features like ramps for persons with disabilities. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price criterion.
