Municipalities in Switzerland and Germany initiate sports hall construction projects

In Ramsen, Switzerland, a proposal for a 16.5 million franc double sports hall is set for a vote by the municipal assembly on November 11. This project represents the final stage in the redevelopment of the local school grounds.

In St. Wendel, Germany, construction has officially commenced at the Klaus-Bouillon sports center for a new multi-purpose arena. Following nearly ten years of planning and a previous halt in 2022, the project is moving forward with a more compact and cost-effective design. The 21-million-euro facility is intended to serve as a modern three-field hall with seating for up to 1,200 spectators.
