Mayor Lupita Cuautle signs pacts to broaden aid in San Andrés Cholula

Municipal president Lupita Cuautle formalised two collaboration agreements with civil‑society groups Donadores Altruistas de Puebla (DAP) and Vida y Familia de Puebla (VIFAC). The pacts are intended to expand the municipality’s social‑assistance network and provide integrated support to families in difficult situations, building on earlier cooperation with the municipal DIF system.

DAP’s director noted that the partnership will help serve roughly 1,300 people each month through its food‑service programmes, while VIFAC’s president said the alliance will organise talks, recreational activities and family‑integration events that stress women’s rights and provide targeted aid to pregnant women facing risk or emergency conditions.
