Municipalities recognize school cooperatives for educational support

Local governments in Roque Pérez and Comodoro Rivadavia held recognition ceremonies to honor school cooperatives for their voluntary service and commitment to educational institutions.

In Roque Pérez, officials including Mayor Maximiliano Sciaini presented certificates to school cooperative associations. The municipality reported allocating approximately 60 million pesos from the Educational Fund this year to cover costs for educational outings, institutional travel, furniture, equipment, and school supplies.

In Comodoro Rivadavia, Mayor Othar Macharashvili hosted a gathering for representatives from 85 school cooperatives. The Mayor emphasized the role of these organizations as a bridge between families, teachers, and schools, noting their responsibility in managing public resources and building collaborative networks to address social and educational needs.
