Municipality of Córdoba launches Mi Docta digital platform

The Municipality of Córdoba has launched ‘Mi Docta’, a new digital platform designed to centralize more than 260 municipal procedures and services. Starting September 7, the portal will serve as the primary digital access point, progressively replacing the previous ‘Vecino Digital’ (VeDi) system and approximately 50 local applications.

Developed by an internal team of 33 developers to reduce reliance on external providers and proprietary software licenses, the platform unifies municipal systems under a single programming language. Key features include real-time tracking, online payments via ‘DocPay’, and a ‘single data’ system that allows citizens to upload documentation once for use across various departments.

To improve accessibility, the platform includes a ‘Senior Citizen Mode’ with larger buttons and simplified navigation. Users can access the system securely using a personalized key from ‘Ciudadano Digital’ (CIDI) and utilize ‘Docti’, a virtual assistant, to aid navigation.
