Municipality of Edessa schedules council meeting for October 13

The Municipality of Edessa has scheduled a regular public session of its Municipal Council for Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 19:30. The meeting will be held in person at the Municipal Council session hall and via videoconference.

The agenda includes several technical and financial matters, such as the formation of a committee for the disposal of non-valuable movable property and the approval of the 7th amendment to the municipality's 2026 budget. Other topics involve the leasing of municipal land in Agra, the free use of space in the Vrytones community shop, and the use of school halls for the 2026-2027 academic year.

Additionally, the council will discuss a resolution to support the continued operation of the 'ORAMA' Center for Addiction Prevention and Psychosocial Health in Pella, and address amendments to the internal service organization regarding the recruitment of permanent staff for municipal nurseries and kindergartens.
